Our biggest change in the last 6 months has been finding a new bass player, and vocalist. Our good friend and extraordinary bass player, Tim Bonifay, started a new career in the Bay Area last fall and the search was on. If you haven’t seen us lately, the new bassman is James Rasmussen. We have a few months of rehearsals and playing out under our belts, and things are sounding good. Really good. James brings many years of expertise to this spot in the band. He is well versed in acoustic guitar, vocals, AND bass, AND he loves Rhythm and BLUES. James has worked-in some nice lead vocals of his own, so once again, we have four lead vocalists to spell DJ whenever he just wants to play harp. James, welcome to the Band!

We’re excited! This is the year of our second CD! The basic tracks are in place and we are in the process of tweaking the lead instruments and polishing the vocal harmonies where they occur. Then the engineer gets to do the final mix. In the mean time we will be preparing the photo shoot, and graphics for the printing and packaging. Stay tuned for a release date that will be posted on this site . . . and don’t forget, if you haven’t heard the first CD, “Live At Last”, you can pick one up at any of our gigs.

We always are happy to see you come through the door, wherever we are playing. Friends old and new make a regular night a special night. So come in–dance a little, imbibe a little, and help us cultivate the Rhythm and BLUES the we ALL love to hear.
